When you create an account on Certified Bully Exchange ("CBE"), we collect your email address, display name, username, and any optional profile information you choose to provide (such as your state, bio, kennel name, and avatar photo).
We also collect activity data such as posts, comments, marketplace listings, and messages you send through the platform.
Information needed to deliver CBE features may be processed by hosting, email, push notification, media, and automated safety service providers. For example, message content may be sent to an automated moderation service to check for safety risks.
Enabling embedded YouTube content permits your device to contact YouTube. YouTube may receive your IP address and process its own cookies or identifiers. Contact CBE support for information about service providers and their data practices.
Location information you add to your profile or listings may be displayed with that content. Review the location information you enter before publishing.
You can initiate an account deletion through Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Do not treat signing out or a deletion request receipt as proof that every copy of personal data has been removed. Contact support to request confirmation or assistance with retained data.

Essential storage supports sign-in, account security, and requested app features. Optional CBE analytics, acquisition identifiers, and advertising calls through CBE's shared client are disabled until you enable them in the privacy choices above. When enabled, session identifiers and acquisition activity may be associated with your signed-in account; this is not anonymous analytics.
External YouTube players and the YouTube channel browser require a separate external-media choice. Withdrawing that choice unloads those players. The privacy-enhanced YouTube domain is not a guarantee that YouTube does not process identifiers or cookies.
Privacy choices are stored on this device. Withdrawing optional analytics clears CBE's optional session and acquisition identifiers and stops new calls through the shared tracking interface; it does not erase previously collected server records or cookies controlled by another provider.
