Acceptance of Terms

You must read and affirmatively agree to these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines before using Certified Bully Exchange ("CBE"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CBX. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your login credentials with others.
• You may not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.
• CBX reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.

Content & Listings

All content you post (text, images, listings) is your sole responsibility. You grant CBX a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform. You may not post:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Content that promotes animal abuse or neglect
• Spam, scams, or unauthorized commercial advertising
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or abusive conduct toward other users
• Sexually explicit or exploitative content, including any sexual exploitation of minors
• Content depicting, organizing, or promoting dog fighting or animal cruelty
• Content infringing on third-party intellectual property

Transactions

Certified Bully Exchange ("CBE") is a platform only — not a broker, agent, dealer, or intermediary. CBE facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction.

All transactions occur directly between users. CBE makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any listing, the health or quality of any animal, or the outcome of any transaction. Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence, verifying seller credibility, and completing their own transactions safely.

CBE is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages arising from user transactions. Use our in-app reporting tools to flag suspicious or fraudulent activity.

No Guarantees on Listings

CBE does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing or user-provided information. All listings are posted by independent users. CBE does not warrant that any dog, puppy, or service listed is as described. Buyers assume all risk associated with any purchase made through the platform.

Right to Remove Content

CBE reserves the right — at its sole discretion and without prior notice — to remove, hide, or modify any content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. This includes listings, posts, messages, profiles, and any other user-generated content. Repeated violations may result in permanent account termination.

Termination

CBX may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time via the Settings page.

Limitation of Liability

CBX is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.

Content Moderation

Certified Bully Exchange uses the following tools and practices to maintain a safe and respectful community:

• In-app reporting on posts, listings, messages, and user profiles
• User blocking controls
• Admin moderation review queue for reported content
• Removal of content that violates these terms
• Account suspension and permanent ban tools for repeat or severe violations

Submitting a report does not confirm that review or enforcement is complete. If you face immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Do not rely on an in-app report for emergency assistance.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Read the current terms and any notice of changes before agreeing; merely continuing to use the app is not an affirmative agreement.
